Ruling evolve question

lets say my active pokemon is jirachi form hidden legends the one with make a wish and i have a totodile on my bench and i evolve it to croconaw and can i use make a wish to evolve to feraligatr or not since it says in the make a wish text (this count as evolving that pokemon)

ok but since i've already evolve to crocanaw i cant evolve to feraligatr in the same turn i evolved to crocanaw can make a wish break that

No you should be able to evolve normally then attack

Why was Jirachi from Hidden Legends so good?

Simple, no matter if you had a basic or a stage 1, you could evolve it!

To awnser your question though, if you had evolved Totodile into Croconaw, then you CAN use Make a Wish to evolve it into Feraligator that same turn!
