Ruling Evosoda & Forest of Giant Plants

I was building a deck, and i was wondering if Evosoda allows you to evolve grass Pokémon the first turn they are in play when Forest of Giant Plants is in play. Evosoda states that i can't evolve Pokémon the turn they come into play, but Forest of Giant Plants allows grass Pokémon to be evolved in their first turn.

No, you can't combine effects like this. Evosoda's restriction is not removed by FOGP.
