This is my first shot at making fake cards.
Though I will not go over the whole set of EX Ethereal Dimensions, I will go over a few and (if want to) you guys can make your own cards for this set as well. Note that some of these Pokemon are Dual Pyschic/Dark types as to play to the set's theme of alternate dimensions. They are NOT Delta Pokemon.

Well, here is the set discription (I'll try to make it sound like an official Pokémon USA product):

A place unknown to humanity.
A place of unimaginable mystery.

Alakazam   110 HP (P)

ST.2: Evolves from Kadabra

Poke-Power: Energy Conjure

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for an Energy card and attach it to one of you (P) or (D) Pokemon. Put 1 damage counter on that Pokemon. This Power cannot be used if Alakazam is affected by Special Condition.

Dual Spoon  (C/C) 30

If there is a (P) Energy attached to Alakazam, then the Defending Pokemon is Asleep and cannot retreat until the end of your opponents next turn. If there is a (D) Energy attached to Alakazam, then choose one of your Pokemon and put 3 damage counter on that Pokemon.

Telephatic Control (P/P/P/P)

Put 6 damage counters on your opponents Pokemon in any way you like.

Poke-Power: Genetic Shift

As often as you like during your turn (before your attack), you may move 1 Energy card attached to one of your P or D Pokemon in play to another one of your P or D Pokemon in play. This Power cannot be used if Mewtwo is affected by a Special condition.

Ethereal Blast  (P/D) 20x

This attack does 20 damage times the amount of P Energy and D Energy attached to Mewtwo.

Arcanine   100 HP (F/P)

ST.1: Evolves from Growlithe

Psywave  (P/C)

Flip 4 coins, if 1 is heads, then this attack does 20 damage. If 2 are heads, then this attack does 20 damage and the defending Pokemon is now confused. If 3 are heads, then is attack does 40 damage and the defending Pokemon is now Asleep. If all 4 are heads, then this attack does 50 damage and the defending Pokemon is now Paralysed, Asleep and Burned. If none are tails, then discard an Energy card attached to Arcanine and Arcanine does 10 damage to itself.

Mental Waves  (R/R/P) 60

Flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 80 damage instead of 60. If tails, then this attack does 60 damge and the defending Pokemon is now Burned and Confused.

Machamp   120 HP (F/D)

ST.2: Evolves from Machoke

Poke-Body: Black Flesh

If Machamp is damaged by an attack from one of your opponents P Pokemon, during your next turn, after your attack, place 2 damage counters on the Pokemon that attacked Machamp and that Pokemon is also Poisoned.

Evil Arms  (F/F/F/D/D)  80

The Defending Pokemon is now Poisoned. Machamp does 10 damage to itself.

Proffessor Reunion

You can play only one Suporter card each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokemon. When your turn ends, discard this card.

Shuffle your hand into your deck and draw 6 cards. Or, you may discard your hand and draw 6 cards.

Mysterious Tactician

You can play only one Suporter card each turn. When you play this card, put it next to your Active Pokemon. When your turn ends, discard this card.

You may either discard your active Pokemon and all cards attached to it in order to draw 5 cards, or, you may discard 3 cards attached to any of your Pokemon in play in order to take 3 cards from your discard pile and put them into your hand.

Ethereal Crystal

Attach Ethereal Crystal to one of your Evovled Pokemon (excluding Pokemon EX) that doesn't already have a Pokemon Tool attached to it.
If the Pokemon Ethereal Crystal is a Basic Pokemon or Poemon EX, discard Ethereal Crystal.

The Pokemon that Ethreal Crystal is attached to is now a P or D Pokemon. If the Pokemon Ethereal Crystal is attached to has more than one type, then choose one of those types and that Pokemon is now a P or D type as well as its second type instead of the the type you chose to replace.
If the Pokemon Ethereal Crystal is attached to is both P and D type, then Ethereal Crystal does nothing.

Trainer (Pokemon Tool)

Mist Orb

Attach Mist Orb to one of your Evovled Pokemon (excluding Pokemon EX) that doesn't already have a Pokemon Tool attached to it.
If the Pokemon Mist Orb is a Basic Pokemon or Poemon EX, discard Mist Orb.

When the Pokemon Mist Orb is attached is your active Pokemon and is damaged by an opponents attack, if your opponent tries to attack during your his or her next turn, he or she flips a coin, if tails their attack does nothing. When your opponent attacks the Pokemon Mist Orb is attached to (even if they get tails), discard Mist Orb.

Ethreal Dimension

This card stays in play when you play it. Discard this card if another Stadium card comes into play. If another card with the same is in play, you can't play this card.

Each players P and D Pokemon take 10 less damage from attacks and all attacks done by P and D Pokemon are increased by 10.

Ethereal Technical Machincal

Attach this card to 1 of your Evolved Pokemon (excluding Pokemon EX and Pokemon that have 'd' on their card) in play. That Pokemon may use this card's attack instead of its own. At the end of your turn, discard Ethreal Technical machine.

Ethreal Flash  (P/D) 20

Put 2 damage counters on all of your opponents P and D Pokemon in play.

ST.2: Evolves from Kadabra

Poke-Body: Ethereal Immunity

Prevent all effects of attacks, including damge done to Alakazam EX from all of your opponents P and D Pokemon.

Invisible Rift  (C/C)

Count the amount of P and D Energy attached to Alakazam EX. You may move up to that many damage counters form any Pokemon in play (both yours and your opponents) to another (even if it would Knock Out tnhat Pokemon)

Psychopathic Distoration Blast  (P/P/P/D) 100

You may either move one Energy card attached to one of your opponents Pokemon to another, switch the Defending with one of your opponents Benched Pokemon or move one damage counter from one of opponets Pokemon to another (even if it would knock out that Pokemon).

Nidoking EX   160 HP (P/D)

ST.2: Evolves from Nidorino

Mindless Outrage  (P/D/C)  70

You may put 1 damage counter on each of your opponents benched Pokemon. If you do, Nidoking EX does 20 damage to itself.

Overlimit  (P/P/D/D/D) 50+

This attack does 50 damage plus 20 more damage for each Darkness Energy and Dark Metal Energy in your discard pile.

Nidoqueen EX  160 HP (P/D)

ST.2: Evolves from Nidorina

Contolled Charge  (P/D/C)  50

Flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 50 damage plus 30 more damage. If tails, then this attack does 50 damge and 10 damage to each of your opponents benched Pokemon.

Limit Breaker  (P/P/P/D/D) 50+

This attack does 50 plus 20 more damage for each basic P Energy in your discard pile.

Gyrados EX  140 HP (W/D)

ST.1: Evolves from Magikarp

Poke-Power: Rage Revival

Once during your turn (before your attack), if Gyrados EX has 3 or more damage counters on it, you may search your dicard pile for a Gyrados or Gyrados EX and put it onto your bench, treat the new benched Pokemon as a Basic Pokemon. You cannot use more than one Rage Revival Power during your turn. This Power can't be used if Gyrados EX is affected by a Special Condition.

Ethreal Vortex  (D/D/D/C)  90

Discard one Energy card attached to one of your Pokemon, then, discard one Energy card attached to one of your opponents Pokemon.

Weakness: (L/P)  Resistance: (D)  Retreat Cost: (C/C/C)

Well, that is what I have done for now. I will add more to the set at a later date. Let me know what you think and if you have any ideas for the set please post them. (Yeah, I do think I might have over powered some of them.)
