OK, regarding the Oddish, Ive seen this kind of basics being rare b4, it was in Neo Discovery I think where I saw a rare Magnemite.

There are no more "Baby Pokémon" at all. Even Smoochum, Tyrogue, they are Basic Pokémon in TCG. And most spoilers are broken (I think) till now...add some more cards :)
