Well, i found it by my surfing in internet. Looks like that one of the Theme Decks will contain Holofoil Duclops card

Also, if it shows a pokemon on the front of the box, it doesn't mean that inside the deck, it will be holofoil.

Take the Ex Delta Species deck for example. On one of the decks, it shows a rapidash, but inside the deck, the card that is holofoil is salamence delta species.

When the Power Keeper decks come out, the dusclops or mightyena deck might not have a holographic dusclops or mightyena card, but most likely it will be holofoil.

Just wanted to point that out.
