Ruling EX pokemon

do ex pokemon count toward your four card limit per deck?
ex: 3 raichu and 2 raichu ex?

i thought it doesnt so im just trying to clear up a little disagreement..

They do not. "ex" is part of the card name. You can include four of each.

Level X cards are the exception to the rule.
