Can go without the two Bagons and the Charmander line. Some of the cards rely too much on getting the stadium card out, which needs two more of to have enough luck to get.
Trainers
Get rid of energy switch, replace with two Master Balls and you have a good set of trainers.
Energy
Needs a few less fires, 20 is way too many; mabey cut down to 15?
Overall
I give this deck a 7/10, for having fairly good Pokemon, a good set of trainers, and a few too many energies. It does rely on the stadium card too much though.

Eww....eww....eww get that Duskull out! Replace it with the Crystal Guardian's Duskull. Get rid of the Slakoths aswell.
Trainers
Great set of trainers minus the Energy Switch. Simply replace those with two Pheobe's Stadium, and you've got a near perfect set.
Energy
Make it 12 Psychic, and 8 Fighting!
Overall
I give this deck a 9/10, 'cause of the good Pokemon (spare the Duskull), great trainers, and overall okay energy usage.
