I am going to make a new set called:EX Ultra Species and the cards above are Ex Ultra Species cards.
 
WOAH WOAH WOAH! Most of your attacks are too broken, and I see a VERY big problem with some of your cards. I reccomend making them all pokemon-ex and incresing thier hp. And NEVER have a pokemon do auto-paralyze. Feraligatr and Sceptile share this problem. Require a coin flip for each attack that paralyzes excluding an effect that requires a pokemon to do something else to paralyze. Here's an example of one of your cards.

Poke-Body:Grass Nature
Once during your turn,when Sceptile attacks,you may add 30 damage to Sceptile's attacks.If you do,put 2 damage counters on Sceptile.
Razor Leaf{GG}30
Does 20 damage to 1 of your oppenent's pokemon.

Choose a special condition.The defending pokemon is now affected by that special condition.

This attack does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's benched pokemon. (Ignore this effect if your opponent doesn't have any benched pokemon.)
Miracle Beam{GGGG}60
Flip a coin. If heads, choose a special condition. The defending pokemon is now affected by that special condition.

See the difference? Here's a tip: When calculating retreat costs, look at the pokemon's weight from serebii.net or any other website that gives pokemon weight. Note that some pokemon overlap this rule. For example: tentacruel has had a retreat cost of 0 for many years. However, tentacruel weighs 121 pounds. Keep this tip in mind.
 
pokefan:i don't want to create a ex yet and it is not auto-paralyzed,it must do damage to themself or discard energys.
 
What about that feraligatr? THIS is your feraligatr.

Just a suggestion, cut down on the stars. They're nice, but try to only have 3 in the set, though you can keep the box topper.
