Need help building a deck for expanded got a event coming up need a few good deck lists

-how soon is the event? if it's Richmond or Portland regionals you should have time to buy cards online
-what's your price range? there are some cheap decks like buzzgarb or sablegarb, and some more expensive decks like turbodark and mew3 variants

anyything is with in my price range lol and it isnt till the end of feburary for the collonsville regional just want to get a good head start and practice cuz im new to expanded only played standard before for the last year
