Help ExpandedToxapexGX

I need a energy accelerator for Toxapex GX.. A pokemon that costs one colorless or psychic energy, I don't care if it's from deck, hand or discard pile. I would prefer basic. I guess add trainer card or ability.

Best option imo is Rayquaza from guardians rising, but lurantis could theoretically work as well, along with next destinies gardevoir to double energy.
