Ruling Expert Belt and Giratina LV X

Dose Giratina LV X's Attack Darkness Lost (with an expert belt attached) do 50 damage to the defending pokemon and 30 to the benched or dose expert belt only effect attacks with numbers next to them?

Darkness Lost does 50 to the Defending Pokemon, and 30 to all the Bench. It doesn't have to have a number next to it, just so long as the attack actually does at least some damage to the Defending Pokemon.
