Ruling Expert Belt Ruling

Sorry to bother you guys, just a casual player here looking for clarification; Expert belt has a clause that says if the pokemon is knocked out, your opponent takes 2 prize cards. How does this interact with say a pokemon that already has such clause on it. Would they take 2,3 or 4 cards? curious as to how the effect interacts with itself.

That's not what Expert Belt says. This is a big part of why we ask for scans.
