EpicIce2012 said:When they showed us the Team Aqua and Magma battle intros they showed the grunts, a silhouette and then the leaders.
Does that mean that there is 2 more people yet to be shown?
The silhouettes look unlike any of those revealed thus far.
Bolt the Cat said:It's a little hard to hear because of all of the people talking over it, but the music sounds really samey and doesn't feel like much of an improvement over the originals, I'm not very impressed.

Chariblaze said:When going from (practically) 16-bit to 3DS, you're not going to notice nearly as big a difference as 8-bit to GBA/DS. I think ORAS's music is going to fall closer to remastering than remixing/arrangement--making the music closer to how it was originally intended to sound, rather than overhauling things entirely as with Ecruteak in HGSS.
Chariblaze said:I think you see that somewhat in the trainer battle music--I myself can barely hear a difference, but clearly they're not programming things on a GBA anymore. Fortree/Mr. Briney go in a bit of a different direction, opting to play up the grandeur of it all. But I think the cave music does things perfectly--it's essentially the old tune, but there's a good amount of new stuff thrown in.

It can be the exact same songs with higher quality soundfonts/MIDIs/whatever they use and it's all good. That Sinnoh jazz is the best.
MrSquarepants said:It's already been mentioned but it's a bit hard to hear the music with how loud their voices are... and it didn't sound very new. I heard bits of the trainer battle music and it didn't sound too different. But I'm waiting till I hear a better quality before I pass judgement.
