Fake Booster Box Purchase :(

Hi, I'm new to this forum and would like to reach out and hopefully get some guidance from the community here.

I bought a sealed 1st edition team rocket booster box and received it last evening. It was tampered since it still had its original WoTC wrapping, which I removed and found that all 36 booster packs in the box did not have holos. I messaged the seller and he refused to have it returned and provide a refund. Does anybody have experience getting a refund for a tampered booster box they purchased on ebay? I just escalated this to their resolution center. :/

How was it tampered if it was sealed in the original wrapping.
If you thought it was tampered before opening it you may have won your case, now that it's opened you can't do anything about it.
If it was indeed tampered it was scaled/resealed. But your statement of "It was tampered since it still had its original WoTC wrapping" makes no sense to me.

Aye, more details are really important. Not worried about naming names (not sure what the board rules are about that), but more information on what actually happened. If this is a high level scam, people need to know! If it was just bad luck so improbable I would not have expected it to actually occur, people still need to know.
