This deck is for the new 2017 Standard format. Any constructive criticism will be much appreciated.

I have never played Pokémon TCG before and this is my first deck I ever made.

The purpose of the deck is to get Raichu out as soon as possible with lots of recycling and drawing. Magnezone is my back up.

HMM... I recommend getting rid of the Raichu chain. Instead you can put Raikou BKT. Also, you should add 2 electric energies for consistency. Oh, and I forgot to add putting in a set of VS seekers. There is still some more tweaking that should be done on the overall profile, but your deck looks good....
