i was thinking or running 4 differentwater Pokemon. Kingdra, Lumineon, Bibarel or Azumarill.

which of the two would work best together.

Strategy:
kingdra - powers up quick and has good attacks.
azumarill - 60 (80 with belt) and possibly paralyze
Lumineon - pokepower then attack with a belt for 50 and hopefully takes out a basic.
Bibarel - powers up fast and has decent attack.

Which 2 or 3 of these should i put into a deck? Are there anyother good water Pokemon that could work better/faster then these?

I'll give you a rundown of how your cards will work:

Lumineon: Ok, gotta love the power, but I seriously hate the attack. No more damage than 30?!?!?!? You've got to be kidding! Running this guy with a strong attacker that can do at least 60 damage regularly is a MUST. I like feraligatr HS since it can spread and hit hard

Azumarill: I never trust a flip, but at least it's move is DCE abusable. Still, with only 90 HP, its not really meant to be a good attacker....I would personally skip on this guy (if you REALLY want to use him, he COULD couple with Lumineon...)

Bibarel: hehe, i really like this guy. He's got this semi-lock move that works GREAT on Gyarados, Garchomp, and Sableye, just to name a few. And with a belt, 2 for 80 is not something to be laughed at. Very balanced fighter!

Kingdras (LA and PRIME): Great combo, if you havent ran Kingdra before. I also like the underrated Kingdra UL, just because it can consistent 80 without belt and it's pretty useful.

Just play Kingdra alone. Any other pokemon would be cumbersome. I would play kingdra 4-2-3-1 UD/LA. Play 2-1/3-0 Uxie, and an Unown Q. You can deviate as necessary. The other pokemon really don't do much for kingdra. Lumineon sounds fine, but you need a way to get it active and then retreat. It'd be better to play expert belt on Dra over Unown Q. Typically, your opponent will not have base mon or will have full bench anyways. As for Biberral, it is just a bad card. Why go 2 for 60 when you can go 1 for 60 without much trouble?

It doesn't work that way. If you want a fast deck, you don't play two lines like that. Nothing except Unown Q and luminion have free retreat. You'll get 1 free shot, but wouldn't you rather take an important shot or take a prize on their starter? Taking a free prize and then getting slammed in the face isn't a very good idea. I see NO situation where lumineon is worth it. With Kingdra, you want to T1/2 kingdra, get rid of their spiritomb and then drop another one T3 with an expert belt attached. If you take a free prize, you are up in the prize count, but you really haven't done anything. If you take a chunk out of their attacker, you can finish it up next turn. If you KO their spiritomb, it halts their setup.

Lumineon is probably a tech for Machamp, not a deck on it's own. As others have said, Kingdra's your best bet. You have three very good options as well. While the the LA Kingdra is good, I would run 2 Primes and 2 of the normal UL Kingdra for overwhelming Spray Splash and higher maximum damage of 100 with belt respectively.

You could run a 1-1 line of Lumineon to drag down your opponents basics for you to kill.

In consideration of the metagame, you'd want to put in Regice to force move an opponent's Spiritomb, or run Spiritombs yourself. Doing so would allow you to slow down SP decks, and with Lumineon you could kill any potential threats your opponent has in his hand, like that Luxray GL he's holding back, or the Crobat G needed to finish the job.
