kouki saitou's art was great, either fighting types or grass type, or whatever, all of them were cool

second place goes to masakazu. his pkms is almost similar to kouki saitou's stlye. remember those nice looking star pkm images? all of those were his creations.

wow, 2 kouki fans here, yeah, he's too good, can't blame you guys :p
so, he's 1s, I love the fact that almost all his pictures are in action.
2nd: Kagemaru Himeno, she's good, not as good as kuoki, but I love anime-like styles, so, he's 2nd
3th: Ken Sugimori, his art might look normal, but we need to give this guy some credit, I mean, without him there would be no pokemon as we know it

3 Yuka Morii (or however you spell it) I like the figurine looking drawings.

Yuki morii doesn't draw the pictures of baby pkms, i think he juz take the photograph and stick it onto the card lol
 
1. Masakazu Fukuda - AWESOME. Al of the stars were drawn by him IIRC.
2. Hikaru Koike, because they drew Kingdra ex. Enough said.
3. Yuka Morii. Clay figures rock. :p
