This is a deck that I enjoy playing but I feel that my current build is too slow and lacking in draw power. I'm looking for ways to speed this up.

2-1-2 Feraligatr Prime
4-4 Lanturn Prime
3-3 Floatzel UL

4 Interviewer's Questions
3 Bebe's Search
1 Flower Shop Lady
1 Seeker

2 Warp Point
2 Energy Returner
3 Pokemon Communication
1 Luxury Ball
4 Rare Candy

4 BTS

{W} 10
{L} 3
{C}{C} 4

Obviously there is a lot wrong here.

I ran this deck prior to the rotation and it was some better with Claydols and Rosanne's.

I put the Floatzels in because they get set up faster that Feraligatr and I can still use them to get extra energy in play. But in my play tests of this deck they haven't been very useful and mostly just get in the way. I think that I may ultimately swap them out for Spiritomb(once I acquire them).

I've also considered putting in Bronzong SF to help me draw my energy and I could probably reduce the number of energy I'm running cause they'd be a bit easier to get at.

My card engine really needs help. Suggestions?

Do you have any pokemon collector? because its like a staple so adding them in will help a alot

and i think 4 IQ is a lot i think 2 is all you need so maybe

-2 IQ

+2 Collector

i personally dont like energy returner, i know its a trainer but i like Fisherman better to get back energy but of course Palmer is always good for recovery, just a suggestion.

Also if you got Uxie LA add 2

I ran a deck kind of like this for awhile. I had a 1-1 Floatzel GL X to bring my knocked out water pokemon back into my hand, so I could them back out onto the field next turn with BTS and Rain Dance their energies back. A couple of other things I had were 1-1-1 Politoed from Undaunted, to switch my water pokemon from the bench to the active, and Palkia X(which isn't legal anymore) to act as a double Bright Look(you pick what your opponent brings up, they pick what you bring up).

Updated deck list:

2-1-2 Feraligatr Prime
4-4 Lanturn Prime
2- Uxie LA
2-2 Bronzong SF

I still don't have any Spiritomb for this deck so for this next tournament I'll have to do with out or play my Donphan deck instead. I've also considered working in rescue energy for fast recovery after KO.
