Feraligatr-Spread/Snipe/Lock

Ok so before i start my decklist id like to say that im coming back to pokemon from being away for a year so any advice would be nice, im not sure what the meta is now but im hearing a lot about Luxchomp and just any deck with Garchomp in it really, so anyway heres my decklist

4 Spiritomb AR: Lock Trainers/Set-up

Strategy: Start out with spiritomb to lock trainers and set up feraligatr's and Octillery, spread with feraligatr then snipe with octillery which swithes back to either a spiritomb to lock trainers or a fraligatr to spread more. I want to be able to use this for any of the upcoming tournaments in my area.

Since you have 4 Spiritlock is it necessary to have 4 of Elms training method? (or vice versa) Spiritlock sets up and PONT can hand refresh.

So My advice
-2 Elms
-2 Poke Gear
-1 Totodile (its better to run on even lines)
-1 Croconaw (Rare candy, you have 3 to evo your Totodiles)

+1 Feraligatr Prime (more spread damage)
+2 Palmers
Plus a 1-1 Floatzel UL (Water Acceleration Poke Power)
+1 Candy (more opportunity to evo quickly when Spiritomb dies)
