Ruling Few more Questions:

Sorry if I ask too many questions lol but I'm really just trying to get a real hold on this game. I mean, I solve them using common knowledge, but there are some questions that keep coming up as me and friends battle and they always go "Well, clear it up on Pokebeach" Haha. So yea, thank for your time guys. Here goes:

1) Does Putting damage counters on a pokemon count as an attack? Example, if I have a special metal energy attached to aron, and I use Blastoise Ex's effect, does the Special Metal Energy reduce the 1 damage counter since 1 damage counter counts as 10 damage. So for those of you who can't remember, Special Metal Reduces 10 damage from an attack from A pokemon, not just my opponents. And Blastoises Ex effect is, as often as I like, during my turn, I can attach a Water Energy from my hand to 1 of my pokemon, but I have to put 1 damage counter on that pokemon if I use that effect.

2) Do Poke-Bodies go for ALL pokemon? Or just the active? Example, can my opponent use Magnezones pokebody while magnezone is on his bench? So let's say he has an active Electivire, and Magnezone is on his bench, can he attach a metal energy to Electivire and retreat him for no cost? I tried explaining that Poke-Bodies only go for active, and my friends ask "Then why does it say YOUR pokemon, wouldn't it just say "Magnezone?", and I told them, "well, it probably applies if you're using 2 Defending Pokemon".

Clarifications would be nice. Thank You. =]

1. Metal energy reduces damage taken from attacks only. Blastoise ex's Energy Rain is a Poke-power, not an attack, so it is not prevented. Also, attacks which "Place damage counters" are not considered "doing damage" so Metal energy does not reduce those either. In the end you're using Blastoise ex's Poke-power to place damage counters, it's not an attack it's a Poke-power.

2. Poke-bodies only effect your Pokemon and they are always working whether your Pokemon is active or benched, unless they specifically state otherwise.

For your Magnezone example. Magnezone's Poke-body works for all of your Pokemon, not just Magnezone. Your friend is correct by saying that Electivire can retreat for free with a Metal energy attached as Magnezone's Poke-body works whether it is active or on the bench.

Thank you. Also, could you explain if there is any difference by providing "colorless" energy and "rainbow" energy. If you have Holons Voltorb on pokemon, that counts as any energy right? Or wrong?

And:

If my opponents Active Pokemon has 2 Holon Electrodes on it, And I use Energy removal and flip heads, will they have to discard 1 of those Holon Electrodes? Or if I use Blastoise Ex's Hyper Whirlpool, do I have to flip 4 heads to get them to discard both Holon Electrodes or just 2?

Energy removal and Whirlpool type attacks say "remove an energy CARD". The Holon Electrode is a card, so you discard it no matter how many energys it provides. You don't have to flip four heads, two is enough.

Yes there is a difference between providing Colourless energy and Rainbow energy. Holon's Voltorb provides Colourless energy only, which means the only energy it provides is the white Colourless energy and doesn't provide any other type of energy. While providing "Rainbow" energy you're providing energy 'of every type', not just Colourless.
