Here's the decklist for my new Golisopod deck. It consists entirely of 1-prizers, which does well against lots of the metagame. The idea of this deck is to set up using Drampa, then get energies onto Wimpod/Golisopod and come in to sweep. Golisopod with a CB can OHKO things like DarkraiEX and HoopaEX, and even without that CB it can OHKO things such as Greninja-Break (with Lurantis up) and LaprasGX. Here is my list:

POKEMON - 19
Wimpod x4
Golisopod x4
Yanma x2
Yanmega SS x2
Yanmega BREAK x1
Drampa x2
Fomantis x2
Lurantis x2

TRAINERS - 26
Professor Sycamore x2
Energy Switch x4
Ultra Ball x4
Acro Bike x2
Energy Retrieval x2
Lillie x2
Professor Kukui x4
Choice Band x4
Switch x2

ENERGY - 15
Double Colourless Energy x4
Leaf Energy x11

15+19+26=60

I don't know what Yanmega's costs are or what it does, but do you really need Drampa to set up? It's a pokemon that has some potential, but Golisopod is simply a two turn power up with one grass and one DCE. I honestly feel like the strongest option here would be to go 4-4 Golisopod, 2-2 or 3-2 Lurantis, and 2-2 Shiinotic. this is 16-17 pokemon which leaves you a bit more breathing room for trainers, which by the way you could use Forest of Giant Plants. With all the stage one pokemon you have it would be wise to make sure you can evolve asap. You also need to slim down on energy. 15 is way too many. I'd go with 4 DCE and 7 or 8 Grass. I get that you're going for a no EX/ GX deck here, but I think Tapu Lele is worth consideration, just to give you an extra path to your draw support via Ultra Ball.

You should probably be running 2 N, 2 Lysandre. Honestly I think you should take a look at your item line up and ask yourself what it's doing for you. Energy Switch is really more for decks that are about retaining pokemon. You're not interested in that. The point of your deck is that you're going to be trading single prizes for double prizes. That being the case stringing attackers together is more important than retaining them. I'd consider running 2-3 Exp. Share. With 2 Lurantis of the field fighting against an EX or GX (without a Choice Band) will net you 190 (210 with Kukui). That's a solid number. It's even better with Choice Band, but it does mean you miss some OHKOs on stage 2 GX decks and FFBed basic EX/GXs. FFB you can play around by playing 2 Field Blower. I'm not a fan of no VS Seeker. I means you have to do things like run 4 of Kukui, even though it's going to be a dead card in your hand during the setup and early game. It's better to have 1-2 Kukui and 4 VS Seeker so that you can dump the dead cards early game and fish them out with VS Seeker when you can actually utilize them. I feel like running Rescue Stretcher or Super Rod is a good idea as well. Maybe a 1-1 split since Stretcher is strictly better at getting Pokemon back, but Super Rod can get you energy too. This would mean getting rid of Energy Retrieval. Acro Bike doesn't really do anything if you are only running two IMO. It's purpose is to dig and thin out your deck, which I don't really see as a focus here. I'd rather you ran Trainer's Mail.

I'd do some play testing for you but unfortunately I don't have enough Shiinotic and no baby Lurantis.

I can write you up a deck list to try if you'd like. I'll work on it later in the day so let me know if you're interested. I personally love this pokemon and think he'll make a wonderful Rogue deck.

Here's how I would do this deck:

Pokemon(20):

4x Golisopod
4x Wimpod
2x Lurantis (Sunny Day Promo)
2x Formantis
2x Yanma
2x Yanmega
2x Yanmega BREAK
2x Oranguru (Gets an extra card here and there and provides a decent basic attacker against the odd Glaceon.)

Trainers (32)

4x Sycamore
3x N
2x Lysandre
1x Kukui
4x VS Seeker
4x Maintenance (This is a weird card, I know, but A: It gets you more cards and B: It handshrinks for Yanmega.)
4x Ultra Ball
4x Choice Band
1x Rescue Stretcher
1x Special Charge
4x Forest of Giant Plants

Energy (8):

4x Grass Energy
4x Double Colorless Energy

Hope this is helpful! I like this idea and I hope it works out for you :)
