What do you mean by "deck"? Like, what you should use? The cheapest and most powerful is T2Banette, which consists of using a 4-4 Banette SW line. It's VERY fast, and powerful at that too.

Banette, Blissey, Cario and G&G are dominating the format.

No, T2 Kricketune is cheaper as Banette is populair.

Banette has survived without TSD. Kricketune begs for TSD making it more expensive

Go for Empoleon, its simply good. Try 4xPiplup, 3xPrinplup, 4xEmpoleon and modify with what you like better
