Finding News About Free Promos

Greetings,
I recently bought my 8 year old son a theme deck from Toys R Us. We got it because my son purchased a Pokemon plushy and the cashier gave him a Mewoth Toys R Us promo card because they had some left over.

Needless to say I ended up getting myself a theme deck so I could play against my son for fun. Anyways it all started when the Mewoth promo card was given to him. Anyways is there a website or forum or anyway for someone to find out current deals or free overings such as the Mewoth TRU promo?

PokeBeach is pretty good for being 'in' on the free promos. However, free promos are not very common and they are virtually never particularly good cards, so I wouldn't use it as a form of expanding your collection. You'd need to buy Theme Decks, Elite Trainer Boxs, Booster Packs or Boosters Boxs, or trade, to do that.
 
if you want more consistent free promos your best bet is to find a league in your area, pokemon's site can help you search, promos are typically given out for attending or playing X amount of games during the league. currently the promos at league change about monthly.
