Strategy
Strategy is fairly straightforward - Use either Victini or Charmander as active, power up a Charmander or two on the bench, discard fire's if Charmander is active with Juniper and Ultra Ball, getting a Charizard ready to attack by turn three or two if you're very lucky! This is a 55 card list, wasn't too sure where to go from the current list I had, suggestions, techs and opinions will be much appreciated! Thanks guys!

Reformatted deck to meet standards.~KA

You could tech in either a 2-2 garb garbador line since you don't use abilities to cancel VirGen, blastoise and some plasma, or I would add 1-2 mewtwo ex to counter your worst nightmare keldeo ex.

So either:

+2-2 garbador
+1 floatsone

Or

+2 mewtwo ex
+1 rare candy
+1 silver mirror
+1 Silver bangle

Everyone and there mother runs tool scrapper right now. Garbodor is a bad idea... Not to mention you don't need Garbodor to beat VirGen when you run a deck made up of all fore type Pokemon. This deck is clunky I'm just going to come out and say this. A blend might allow you to throw in a Sableye which would help you out a great deal.

Clunky? What do you mean? Suggestions on other basics or trainers to chuck in?

I mean clunky as in having a stage 2 attacker that takes 5 energy to attack. I'll write you a list later... Are you looking for a deck That need charzard in it or just a random fire deck?

I've seen a build that uses Entei EX and Grand Flame to power up Charizard. I'm not sure how Charizard/Entei EX/Victini EX would work, though.

It seems that every post I see by you is Garbodor-bashing and mentioning how clunky something is :p

Just because everyone is running 2-3x Tool Scrappers now, doesn't kill Garbodor. Heck I always stuck 1 Scrapper into all my Decks pre-PLB to deal with Float Stones. Now I run 2-3 depending on the Deck (3 in TDK to counter Mirrors.) Granted it'd make a Garbodor users day more difficult, having to deal with Scrappers more than usual. Though if an enemy was so inclined, they could Catcher KO Garbodor, and then not have to worry. Imo Garbodor is more of a delaying tactic and/or anti-Virizion-EX [for Decks that REALLY rely on Lasers.]

On-Topic: I really don't see the point of Charizard. Using Charmander to accelerate makes it vulnerable to getting KO'd. And even with DCE you'd need 2 DCE and a Fire before you could feasibly attack, and only for 150. There are far better alternatives that are easier, faster, more consistent, and more effective.

Now just isn't the time for Garbodor... Literally everyone runs 2-3 Scrappers... NTM even if there was no scrapper around then Garbodor still wouldn't be smart in this deck. This is a completely FIRE deck. Why does it need to tech a VirGen counter? Victini 1-shots everything in the deck already.
