Ruling First turn dusknoir?

Can you evolve the duskull with the reaper cloth to dusknoir first turn or can you only evolve it to dusclop?Thank you.

You can only evolve to Dusclops. You'll have to wait until the next turn to then evolve to Dusknoir.

You can only evolve to Dusclops on the first turn, because Dusknoir doesn't evolve directly from Duskull.

Mind you, I'm pretty sure if you START with Duskull, you can't evolve him, regardless if you got first or second. You'd have to play him from your hand first, then evolve him.

Incorrect. Duskull can be evolved T1 if you start with it.

Nope, you're wrong.

I'd have to find it but there's a ruling that states that if you start off with the Duskull during your set-up then you can still evolve turn 1.

If you go first you can only evolve duskull into dusclops because in order to get to dusknoir you would have to use a rare candy and you can't play trainers on the first turn.
