Strategy:
Basically set up Pyroar and to stop all the EX's. Charizard EX to be able to hit big and is easy to power up with Blacksmith and a DCE. Mewtwo EX for other Mewtwo EX's and Lucario EX's. Seismitoad EX for trainer lock when needed.

Here are some changes I would make. Hope this helps:

-2 Mewtwo EX / Charizard EX; Mewtwo and Charizard together seems a little redundant since they both fill the same role of prize takers. The idea is to force your opponent to deal with Pyroar by playing lower counts of other Pokemon. Pyroar as a deck works best when Pyroar is the main focus. I personally would cut Mewtwo over Charizard.
-1 Jirachi EX; Same idea as above, and on top of that Jirachi is an easy two prizes which normally I wouldn't bring up, but the fact that this is Pyroar means your opponent will be desperate to find targets to take prizes on.
-1 Blacksmith
-1 Lysandre

+2 Bicycle; More draw.
+2 Pal Pad; Let's you recycle Blacksmith and Lysandre so that you get more uses out of them while actually playing less of them. Because you can get back any Supporter, this way is more consistent.
+1 N; More draw.
