Ok, this is my Reshiboar deck, which is HGSS-on.

Strategy: Try to get Reshiram hitting for 120 every turn. Emboar BW helps charge it up every turn, and if need be, I can use Emboar BW(non-ability) to hit for 150. Cleffa is for hand refresh, Ninetales is for drawpower, and RDL is for Blastgatr matchups and game finishers. Energy Retreival and Revive can help to get another Reshiram set up on the bench right away, and the rest is pretty much staples.

I guess I don't know enough about Reshiboar because I really can't think of much to take out for the cards you need, but I guess I would say....

-2 Super Scoop Up
+2 Something You're looking to put in (Maybe PlusPower)

Sorry that that's not really a complete suggestion, but I don't really see a use for Super Scoop Up in the deck and I don't know what you should put in for it. I'm also thinking you could drop the two Elm's and bump up the Communication and or Juniper count.

I hope this helps in some way lol.
 
I'll take it into consideration. The SSU suggestion will probably be a good idea, and I'll probably put in 2 Junk Arm. Still need room for 3-4 Pluspower!

-1 non ability emboar (ability is better and you dont need 3 different attackers)

+2 pluspower
 
Taking out Elm's sounds like a good idea. I would say you need to bump up the Communication count though because I think that 3-4 Communication is a staple in most if not all HS-on decks. So maybe....

-2 Professor Elm's Training Method
+1 Pokemon Communication
+1 PlusPower

Elm's really isn't that good of a card as is so I think a deck that isn't centered around evolutions can do without it.

how about taking out the 2 Elm's and 2 junipers.

Professor elm isn't really need if your going to reset your hand every now and then, and you'll be drawing alot of cards with this deck with roast reveal. Replace juniper with Oak's new theory as thats a much safer card as it does the same effect for 6 but your hand goes back into the deck. this is great late/mid game when you have a huge hand size, or are scared of decking out!
the last 2 places i would go for a 3rd Communication and that plus power you wanted.

for the 4th pluspower i would take out a revive. 3 is plenty.
for the 2 junk arm, i would take out 1 energy Retieval and a duel ball, since they only look for basics which is what collector does and the retriveal can be bought back with junk arm!

maybe you would like to try Fisherman, or seeker in this deck for some other cards you don't use or need, but i don't know what i'd do. but maybe my advice has helped you somewhat.
 
Okay. So my changes will be:

- 1 Dual Ball
- 1 Revive
- 1 Energy Retrieval
- 1 Flower Shop Lady(I'm just going to drop this since I run Revive and Fisherman)

+ 2 PONT
+ 1 Junk Arm
+ 1 Fisherman
+ 2 Pluspower

Anyone else? I'd rather have 3-4 Pluspowers.

Edit: I'll just drop 1-0-1 Emboar(non-ability) line for 2 Pluspowers. Bumping.
 
i would say -1 rare candy 2 should be just fine
-2 revive
-1 switch
+2 rescue energy works the same as revive but also is an energy so you could use that fire for draw or next hit..
+1 twins this deck could fall behind 1 prize during set up and this is a game changer!
+1 interviewers helps with the flow since your deck relies on heavy energy for draw and attack and one should be just fine...

There's not much to rate here, as the deck is pretty solid. =) But there is still a few things to work on. I am not a fan of RDL in this deck because it is clunky and slows it down. I much prefer adding one more Cleffa and two Rescue Energy to help you with recovery after death. Other then that, the deck is good!

Ok! I will consider that. The only reason RDL would be good for me is because it helps in the Blastgatr matchup. I think I'm going to do:

- 1 Revive
- 1 Rare Candy

+ 2 Rescue Energy

I would like to hear some other opinions on RDL. Thanks for your help!
 
Needed Bump! I need to know if I should ditch RDL for a 1-1 Lanturn. I just feel like RDL takes up space whereas Lanturn can help in two matchups- Blastoise variants and Donphan(though it OHKO's me right back).
