Here's my Flareon deck I'm considering.

Pokemon

  • 4 Eevee (signs of evolution)
    4 Flareon
    2 Leafeon
    1 Espeon (Dark Explorers)
    1 Mr Mime
    2 Audino
    1-1 Electrode
    2 Mew EX
    3-3 Drifblim (2 ability/1 shadow steel)

Trainers

  • 4 N
    4 Juniper
    2 Colress
    4 Ultra Ball
    1 Level Ball
    2 Tool Scrapper
    1 Dowsing Machine
    2 Random Receiver
    2 Enhanced Hammer
    3 Bangle
    1 Super Rod
    2 Switch

Energy

  • 4 DCE
    4 Fire Energy

Strategy

Similar to other Flareon builts, your goal is to get pokemon into the discard pile to fuel Flareon's vengence and hit for high amounts of damage. Most of the cards are standard, but there are a few that could probably use some explanation.

Espeon: For accelgor. Audino does help with that, but they are one shot deals. Since Espeon evolves from Eevee too, a one of seems like a natural fit for this deck.

Electrode: Draw Power. You're discarding a lot so it makes sense here. The only thing I'm wondering is if I should go 2-2.

Mew EX: A non plasma pokemon to deal with pesky silver mirrors. Tool Scrapper helps, but if they go Trevanant/Silver Mirror, I can't do jack. It's also nice to have another body to use vengeance (and more type coverage).

Drifblim: This seems standard. Good against plasma and can provide some cheap effective attacks in the right situation.

The rest is pretty standard.

Hmm, let's see here:

-4 Fire Energy
+4 Blend Energy FGPD
Gives you more options

-1 Mr. Mime
-1 Flareon
+1-1 Electrode
More consistent draw engine, and leftovers can be used for fodder.

-1 Dowsing Machine
+1 Computer Search
Latter is more versatile

Personally I like flareon with terrakion. Retaliate is just so good in this deck. Its your counter to darkrai and is actually really versatile. If you wanted to do that, you can just:
-4 fire
-1 Flareon
-2 Mew EX

+5 fighting
+2 tarrakion

This is just what I like in my flareon. Apart from that, looking good.

2 mew EX, espeon and a leafeon for 2-2 raichu is better type coverage then 3 different kinds of psychic pokemon in your deck.

Computer search is not the latter. computer search is speed, dowsing is tech, just that simple.
