Is there a Pokemon card that allows you to control a coin flip?

I think there is a Sabrina's what ever trainer card that let you re-flip a coin once for one of your attacking pokemon that has Sabrina in it's name if its attack required flipping. I might be wrong though.

No there are no pokemons that allows to control a coin flip but you can re-flip a coin once with Sabrina ESP.

I needed something more powerfull. If it did exist it would be too broken to be allowed in the game. Anyway thanks.

WEll, an Unown from ML curses your opponent with bad luck, i.e. making all flips tails on their next turn.
