Ruling Florges ability: Calming Aroma

Hello,

I am a league organizer and one of my players asked for clarification on Florges' ability.

Calming Aroma states that each of you Pokemon's attacks costs [F] less. My question is: if you have multiple Florges on the field, does this ability stack; theoretically making Wonder Shine cost no energy?
