Iv'e gotten very bored with summer vacation so decided to do a nuzlocke challenge on soul silver and yes will do to kanto.
I wouldn't be surprised if i do fail soon.

No hacks (of course)
Fainted = Dead
Must catch 1st encounter on route
Black/White out = game over
Potions aren't legit (no healing items)

Master balls are for n00Bs (no master ball)
certain Pokemon will be migrated instead of released (stored in a box called “dead”)
mercy rule 1 (i get 1 retry)

Day 1-
So I basically start off skipping all the boring beginning dialogue,name my character fly_ray,make him a boy,and have my mom take some of my money. Then it came to selecting my starter there wasn't any strategy in picking this Pokemon just that I've never done any game with chickorita so I picked chickorita for my starter and began on my way.
I walked into route 29 and head towards cherry grove obtain the running shoes and start on my first trip on route 30 about 1/3 way through I find a weedle that poisons my Chickorita I escape the battle with only 1hp and,luckily, the poison cures and I make it back to the pokemon center to heal. I go back to route 30 with no problems both ways I heal once again and call it a day.

Day 2-
I start off and of course I go towards route 29 and start my battle with my rival this battle was very easy for my lv.8 chickorita against his lv.5 cyndaquil also he used leer the whole battle leaving me to just use tackle the whole battle. I win without a single scratch and continue on my way to bring Elm that egg.
On my way I level up and learn poison powder a particularly good move imo. Now its time to name my rival I name him n00B because my blazeiken is named uber n00B (but that won't fit).
Lyra gives me some pokeballs!! I can finally catch pokemon and since the first one I encounter is Sentreat it's time to catch it.Since it was only level 3 I cant hit it so I poison it and growl til I have a chance of catching it and catch it with one pokeball. I make it over to cherrygrove again and heal at the pokemon center next stop was the pokemart and I cash in all of my healing items and buy 5 heal balls.
Start off to route 30 and encounter a pidgey (I was pretty excited since I wanted a flying pokemon) I got it on first try with a heal ball and nickname it falco. Falco has already died. one of the first steps I take into route 31 I encounter a bellsprout and some how use tackle and only take down half its hit points for a lucky capture. I nickname it Olimar and I also catch a weedle on the same route and nick name it Marth.chickorita was poisoned in that battle and survived with one hp left right out side the pokemon center I heal save and call it a day
