Where I live, there are a few dangerous decks that use Flygon EX d, Flygon d, and occasionly Rayquaza d. What do you guys think the best counter for this kind of deck would be?

For flygon Ex why not try good ol' Shiftry EX.. It needs 3 shots to knock you out.. But you only need 2. (provided you put a special dark)

Flygon is a weak deck nowadays. Any deck with pokes that aren't OHKO'd by Flygon Ex tend to do well. Just keep in mind that Flygon needs some time to set up. Disrupt that setup and its toast. Darkwing Deck can therefor mow through it, but needs to watch out that it doesnt let its Murkrows die a painful death. Gallantry beats it, if Gallade nukes the first Flygon, then softens up the others with Sonic Blade, and let Gardevoir X snipe the remains.
If there are no Blisseys or anything around, consider a Salamence Ex deck. That thing plows straight through it, dishing out 150 to Flygon´s 80. But Salamence Ex folds to a lot of other decks.
Blissey has a field day against it, since its so fast. Even Mario can beat it, generally 2-shotting it, spreading with early Lucario, and donking Castforms.
The better question would be: What DOESNT counter Flygon Ex. Flygon Ex is still a good card, dont get me wrong, but it doesn't pack the punch it used to anymore. The fact that it grants 2 prizes upon defeat makes things more grim for it.

My personel favourite is Sableye (CG) as a tech, its simply awesome against any big hitting Poke with one attack (note the same can be said for Blissey as for Flygon ex). Nothing's as satisfying as disabling psychic pulse, this leaves nothing left but retreat. And if this is made painful by Skarmory, its even more hilarious. OK Warp Point or Switch takes some of the fun away.
As to LC's comment about Flygon-ex being dead, the new Flygon in SW, is a pretty good card on its own, but teching in the -ex, its got some new life -- at least for the creative (and those that are sore about blowing money on it last year to find out that its not the card it once was).

flygon still soundws stroung to me and lot of other people and when i said it snipes shiftry i mean the one with a body also i can get flygon ready to do phy pulse 2 turn most of the time cuz of my luck with rare candy and proness topdecking my deck is awesome also if some one plays g&g well ive deafeted most of them cuz if they send out gallade or gardy ill phy pulse them for ko with lake boundry out in play and no one plays saly ex any more were i live so i have no problem>

okay well at the battle roads that started at the beginning of the year i won 3 out if the five but got in 2 or 3 inthe rest then the 3 cc tournys i went to. i won 1 and then next got in 2nd then 4th in the last and the average people in seniors were about 10 to 15 but none were new to the game also i always have flygon ready on 2 or 3 turn and get ready to set up rather maganium delta or another fly. soooo
