Flygon Decks

Not at the moment. Stage 2's are sort of faltering in general right now due to the lack of search cards in the format as well as Seismitoad EX, which potentially stops you from using Rare Candy pretty much the entire game.
 
The best bet with Flygon cards right now would be the one from BCR. Use it with Gengar-EX, and you could probably tech in 1 of the Sand Flap Flygon's from PCR as well.
 
I was thinking Gengar EX with Dark Corridor, and then let the damage counters build up on your opponent's side. Use Dusknoire for Sinister Hand ability to rearrange damage counters. Using virbank city gym will be good too because that's putting more damage to your opponent's active pokemon.
