Yes; there's one up on Ebay at the moment. You can see it yourself by clicking on the Ebay link in the news post, but the listing doesn't actually say what the card gets you.
 
That ability is actually pretty good. Flygon EX with Keldeo EX would be a cool combo, but then again Silent Lab pretty much stops that idea completely. I'll probably pick up the box, Flygon is always cool.
 
Wish they'd put a full art Flygon in a set instead of releasing all these promos.


Also wish the jumbo card was a figure...
 
If there's one thing Roaring Skies has taught us it's just because an EX card is a promo card doesn't mean we won't see in a regular set.

There was after all the Gallade EX promo card that proceeded this new promo box. Yet we have a Gallade EX in Roaring Skies. Yes that is because this set also introduces M. Gallade EX but that they could have just as easily decided since we already had one we didn't need another and just put in another filler EX. Therefore for all we know we could still see a Flygon EX in a main set with a full art.

Personally I can't say it matters to me whether a thing has a jumbo, pin, or figure. They're all cool but kind of useless.
 
The artwork for the Flygon EX is good but the wings look loose. It doesn't look like it is connected to the body.
