on flygons poke-body - Sand damage

can someone clarify what it really means. it confuses me. when i want to play it.

It's simple. If Flygon ex δ is your Active pokemon, Sand Damage will be activated automatically since its a Poke-Body. So if your opponent has any BASIC POKEMON in their bench, Sand Damage will do 10 damage to them. Remember only Basic Pokemon will get the damage, EVOLVED POKEMON would NOT get the damage...
