For Flygon ex PK's Poke-body(Psychic Protector), the damages done to Flygon ex PK is reduced before calculating its weakness or after calculating its weakness?

I think it should be after calculating the weakness....

Flygon ex states that "if Flygon ex is damaged..." so it would stand to reason that Psychic Protector comes into play after Weakness and Resistance have been taken care of.
