Ruling Flygon SW with a Flygon ex DF on top please.

1. Can Flygon ex DF be put on top of Flygon SW? (1b. If Flygon ex DF is on top of Flygon SW are both Flygon SW's and FLygon ex DF's PokeBodies still active ... or only Flygon ex DF's?)

2. Can I have 4x Flygon SW + 4x Flygon ex DF in my deck?

3. Is there or will there soon be a Flygon Lvl. X card in one of the next two sets?
