There's also Crobat MT (but it takes a flip of tails to send it back); it's a pretty decent hit-and-run Pokemon if used correctly.

I'm afraid the only Pokemon I know that can do that is Driftloon MD. Although that's not a good enough card. Although Drifblim LA sends its Opponent to the bench, but not the same I geuss.
Follow other people's advice I say.
