My question is...
Will they change the format after this year's World Championship? If yes, what is the new format? If not, when are they going to change the DX-on format???

They'll change it anually, once the qworld's are over. My guess for 08's format is DS-on.

Yes they'll change it after Worlds. But, again, noone knows what it'll be.

prolly it will be DS-on or LM-on. they always drop 3/4 Sets each year.

one thing, if you see Holon Engine back in PK, there's more chance of a LM-on. atleast i think

It would be ds-on becose it depends of how many expansion get out on a year.
example: Deoxis,Emerald and Useen forces were ralise on the same year so there are going to be out together
