Discussion Fossilised Talonflame

With the release of Steam Siege, seeing Gale Wings Talonflame and the two fossil cards when I participated in the Sneak Peek gave me a deck idea. (a very rough one)
The idea is to start Talonflame, use it's attack to get a couple of helix fossils, get a few Omanytes on the bench, then evolve into Omastar which has the ability Restoring beam to start putting a flood of fossils into play. You can run some number of Fletchlings and Rare Candy, but even starting Promo Jirachi isn't a death sentence, and you want all the space you can for consistency and utility, as the deck does run a sizeable number of Pokemon.
However i cannot think of a good decklist for it.
Please help me?

how about no basic but just the 4 talonflame? that's 100% talonflame start, although it mullagain a lot. then add whatever fossil and fossil pokemon there

Decks must contain at least one Basic Pokemon.

What @Asclepius24 said. Another thing going against Talonflame is the fact that N cant ever stay out of format. I would say try Talonflame is a deck as a one or two of and see how it works out.

If you need to get based the 1 basic rule, the best idea would probably be a Fletchling with Rare Candy. But I don't see Talonflame being good. The reasons crystal_pidgeot listed, and if you don't start with it: it's a dead draw, it could work, but you have to be lucky with it.
