2-3 Kabutops (2 Arceus, 1 Majestic Dawn)
1-2 Omastar
2 Aerodactyl (1 Arceus, 1 Majestic Dawn)
1-0-1-1 Rhyperior X
3 Sableye
2 Uxie
1 Azelf
1 Unown Q

3 Helix
3 Dome
3 Old Amber
3 Fossil Excavator
1 Collector
4 Rare Candy
2 Professor Oak's New Theory
2 Junk Arm
2 Bebe's Search
2 Expert Belt
1 Flower Shop Lady
1 Luxury Ball

8 Fighting Energy
1 Water Energy
2 Double Colorless
2 Rescue Energy

Basic strategy is to get Kabutops active, Omastar Charged, and Aerodactyl to disrupt benched drawpower such as Uxie, while using AR Areodactyl to put fossils in hand. Sableye to use excavator early game or to PONT in a bad situation. I can also use him for Bebe's Search and grab a Pokemon for setting up. Rhyperior is an optional tech that I could use to discard a lot of fossils from the top of my deck for Omastar charging while discarding energy to slam for a lot of damage with Rhyperior. I am also considering dropping either Aerodactyl or Excavator to make it a more consistent Rhyperior Line, or dropping Rhyperior to make other things stronger lines.
I run Unown Q for midgame switching between Pokemon. I run more fossils then lines because of discard power with Kabutops, and lategame damage with Omastar. I can also use MD Kabutops to spread damage and utilize the possibility of MD Omastar. This is just a fun deck at the moment and is legal.

-1 luxury ball
+1 rescue energy

3 rescue energy is good because if you if you also want to get rypherior lv x out twice
luxury ball isnt needed because you have a good enough search engine without it

This is just my two cents, but:

-1 Flower Shop Lady
+1 Palmer's Contribution

Palmer's gives you more versatility on what to take, and FSL forces you to take 3 Pokemon and 3 basic energy(and I'm pretty sure if you can't, you can't play it).

Edit: I really suggest beefing up Rhypherior. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think you can play down fossils during set-up. Also, you can't play down these Fossils during Trainer Lock, but against Lostgar, you're golden :)

^No. It says "up to," meaning if you only have 1 Pokémon in your discard or 1 Basic Energy in your discard, you still could play it. I'd still go with Palmer's, though, it's way more versatile.
Personally, I'd say drop the Rhyperior. If it works real well, you can go for it, but in a deck that's not made for it as a main attacker, there's a high risk of discarding useful or necessary cards.
So...
-Rhyperior line
+1 Collector
+1-1 Omastar
is what I would do. If you don't want the extra Omastar, I'd say another Bebe's, Collector, or PONT could be useful.

Umm. No it doesn't. It says "search your discard pile for 3 Pokemon and 3 Basic Energy Cards." :/

Anyway, @charmanzard, why would you drop Luxury Ball? I would rather drop an Old Amber or something else, making the line 2-2.

Yoshi, FSL is one of those that "get what you can", meaning if you have at least 1 Pokemon or energy, you can play it.

As for the deck, I would add more Helix, Dome and Old Amber, just to beef up the Kabutops and Omastars.

Wow. I fail so badly in the Deck Garage... that's, what? 3 mistakes I've made in the last week?
Well, the ruling's still "take what you can," despite the wording. I'm 99% sure of that.

^Yeah, I hate it when judges are wrong... it just messes with so much.
ANYWAYS:
What's the deal with Trainer lock in your area, Dezuray? Because that could be a... problem... to say the least. A DGX tech could help a lot...

Yes it is up too, the Flower Shop Lady.

Most people run LuxChomp/Madonk around here. One or two trainer locks at best.
