Ruling Foul Play - Zoroark BW

If I use Foul Play with Zoroark to copy Weedle (UL)'s Speed Evolution, can I search my deck for kakuna and evolve my Zoroark? And if that doesn't work, can I search my deck for a kakuna to evolve their weedle to help them out a bit? Because you know anybody that uses a weedle in their deck is pretty bad.

I believe you can't evolve the Zoroark into Kakuna with the attack because it would be an illegal evolution. You can't search your deck for a Kakuna and evolve their Weedle instead.~Mark
