Help FR/LG vs. seeker expanded legal?

i'm sorry if this doesn't warrant it's own thread, i couldn't find another thread where i could ask this question. the wording on the FR/LG card is really slightly different but it means the same thing, so i'm not sure if that disqualifies it from being playable.

Pokégym is a bit of an odd website; while not owned by Pokémon some of the people behind it are part of the TCG Rules Team (or at least were). They are well known to long time members of the Pokémon TCG community. I still remember bickering with PokéPop over rulings more than 15 years ago. XD You'll find a list off official rulings there (The Compendium EX), and their forum for getting official ruling answers (sometimes, it is a very slow process).

I actually checked there first, and was annoyed they lacked such a list. You can find most other official rule-type things there, however. Yes, this one is part of the official Pokémon website, though it can be a pain to find. XP
