You may attach a basic Energy card from your hand to Mr. Mime ex. If you do, this attack does 20 damage instead.

PPCC - Magic Darts
Flip 4 coins. Put 2 damage counters on your opponent's Pokémon in any way you like for each heads.

Pokébody-HP Boost-If you have 2 Feebas EX in play (Including this one), all Feebas EX get an extra 30 HP.

Search your deck for a 2 Supporter cards and an energy card, and play them all regardless of the Energy and Supporter rules.

RCC-Violent Ascension-40-
Flip a coin. If heads, search your deck for a R Milotic EX and place it on Feebas EX. Instead of evolving, you may discard a Milotic EX R from your deck. If you do, this attack also does 30 damage to 2 of your opponent's benched Pokémon. If tails, this attack does 30 damage.
 
Ditto ex

Poke-Power: Transformation
If Ditto ex is your active pokemon, you may seacrh your deck for another basic pokemon and switch it with Ditto ex. All the damage counter and effect is now removed. Put Ditto ex on top of your deck and shuffle it. You can't use more than 1 Transformation Poke-Power in each turn.

(C) Form Change
Choose on of the defending pokemon's attack, Ditto ex perform that attack. You still need to paid for the energy cost.

Pokébody-Sleep in Darkness-Dark Feraligatr may retreat to the bench for free.

DW-Seismic Toss-40-Flip a coin. If heads, the defending Pokémon is now paralyzed.

DDWC- Destruction-60-Flip a coin. If heads, the defending Pokémon and Dark Feraligatr are now knocked out and neither player draws any prizes.If tails, this attack does 60 damage regardless of the effects of D energy.

Once during your turn (before your attack), you may search your deck for a [D] Pokémon or a Pokémon with Dark in its name. Show it to your opponent, and put it into your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can't use more than 1 Dark Search Poké-Power each turn. This power can't be used if Dark Ivysaur is affected by a Special Condition.

DG - Energy Revive
You may discard as many Energy cards from your hand as you like. If you do, remove that many damage counters from Dark Ivysaur.

Each basic Energy attached to Dark Venusaur counts as its original type as well as [D] type and has no effect other than providing Energy.

After your attack, remove from Dark Venusaur the number of damage counters equal to the damage you did to the Defending Pokémon. If Dark Venusaur has fewer damage counters than that, remove all of them.

DGCCC - Acidic Poison - 60
The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned and Burned.

Once during your turn, you choose one card from your opponent's hand without looking. Look at the card you choose, then have your opponent shuffle that card into his or her hand. This power can't be used if Dark Pidgeot is affected by special condition.

(D) Dark Clutch 20
Choose on of his bench pokemon and switch with the defending pokemon. The new defending pokemon can't retreat during your opponent's next turn. Ypur opponent choose the defending pokemon to be switched.

Make a Rocket' Pokemon ex Delta!
 
Remember, Pokémon-ex δ can only be one type because two rules on the card would be needed, and that can't happen.

Rocket's Weavile ex δ - 120 HP - F

FCC - Darkest Claw - 40+
If the Defending Pokémon is an Evolved Pokémon, this attack does 40 damage plus 40 more damage.

FFCCC - Brick Smash - 90
This attack's damage isn't affected by Resistance, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies, or any other effects on the Defending Pokémon.

DDFF-Reckless Stomp
Flip a coin. If heads, Rocket's Tyranitar EX is now knocked out, your opponent only takes one prize for it regardless of the EX rule, the defending Pokémon is now knocked out, and this attack does 30 damage to one of your opponent's benched Pokémon. If tails, this attack does 60 damage.

P.S. Light Pokes from neo sets. Yes they exist!
 
Light Pokémon don't exist at all. You're also missing HP and a type. I do like Demolition, though. It has potential to do serious damage with UF Slowking.

So they did. But it would be impossible to turn that into a Weakness. You would have to give it no real Weakness and give him a Poké-Body saying "If (guy) is damaged by an opponent's attack and the Defending Pokémon has Light in its name, that attack does double the damage (before applying Weakness and Resistance).

Not to mention that Pokémon with Light in their names have been LONG rotated out of the Modified format...
