Strategy:

This deck is a little weird and I havent tested it out yet because i just built it today. The strategy behind the deck is use Seismitoad EX to quaking punch while using greninja to water shurkin to get some extra damage, also using hypnotoxic lasers and virbank to get more damage output. What do you all think.

I do like this idea but I feel Crobat PHF works a little better for the strategy you're going for. You don't have to worry about water energy in your hand to discard to get the damage. Plus, under opposing Item lock, you can still get damage on by evolving into Golbat, then Crobat (no Rare Candy needed) and can re-use with AZ, Scoop Up Cyclone, SSU.

  First of all you have 61 cards listed.
  
  You only have 8 card-drawing Supporters which I think is woefully insufficient. Consider replacing an Ultra Ball with a Colress.

Btw, one of my Poké pals made the Top 4 at a recent CC with Seismitoad-Crobat... crazy good deck.

I made some changes to get the deck down to 60 cards. I might have to make the crobat deck as well, It does seem like it would be a bit better than this current deck.
