Talonflame start just seems incredible for this deck 0 find whatever you want, and you can even use this mid-game too.
ballons - free giant water shuriken, or another free turn to set up (if they don't pop)
hex for everything.
ranger - for glaceon, mirror, and so much more.

would like insight and advice regarding whatever! not sure how I feel about 2 letters, 2 retrieval and 1 fisherman + no octillery.

I think it'll be sort of hard without Shaymin EX (which this deck doesn't really use) or Octillery for the draw power.

I personally believe that Shaymin is by no means a necessity for a deck to perform well. Which is why I think this deck is pretty much good without any major changes. In the Greninja Break deck that I have, I tend to run a few more Wallys and Energy Retrievals. For draw support I run a 1-1 Octillary line. Please note that this is ENTIRELY optional. In fact, I would suggest not running it. I simply use it for mid-game. Also, 4 VS Seekers has (Sadly) pretty much become a must have. However it is nice to have to cut down on your total amount of trainers. Finally, I think at least 1 Miltank would be good unless you're going for complete standard. Anyway, besides a few tweaks this is a very good deck and I hope it serves you well!

Woo! More support for Octillery! Mind going ever my deck list?

i like the idea of Talonflame in Greninja Break however i think instead of focusing on the traditional idea of flooding your bench with frogadier's you should use yours your preferred strategy to use Talonflame to set up and instead you should use rare candy based set up style. you can still run 3 or so frogadier but by using rare candys and wally you should be able to set up Breaks for attacking faster instead of using frogadier(more of a back up plan in case you dont start Talonflame) to make room just make a few cuts like your level balls and energy retrievals fisherman will cover you better with getting energy back in hand but if you would like try to keep just one in the deck. also i would put a 1-1 Octillery it really helps when your using non draw based supporters like Ranger and Fisherman. Also it lowers your chance of starting with it but i think 3 Talonflames is a more solid number if you end up needing to make some room. Bursting Ballons are actually a pretty smart idea Mayb try 1 weakness policy so that Sceptile doesn't completely ruin your day.

My question is how will this deck counter Garbodor? I want to run this but Garbodor really hurts it...The only two counters are Minccino (FTC) and Mr. Mime (PRC) :,(

Sure! I'm so glad that the damage shaymin has done is not as severe as I had thought. I understand that Shaymin is only used to make decks fast, or faster. But seriously, She's being treated like a god now.:(

What I do against Shaymin users/lovers is take four prize cards in two turns. :p

not using Octillery opens up so many spots as you no longer need float stone and the octopus pieces and because you have so much search in this deck draw is not 100 percent needed every turn if you can get set up fast. as for an answer to Garbodor the best thing for you to do is to wait and see when a tool discarding item or supporter comes out otherwise you just plain dont want to use this deck if Garbodor is Placed in a potent and popular deck

As I mentioned you could run FTC Minccino or PRC Mr. Mime if you really want to also normally you can quickly lysandre out the rubbish and one shot it from there :p

No you cant garbodor has 100 Hp Greninja maximum damage without muscle band is 80 so it would take 2 lysanders to knock out a non-attacker very strategically unsound. also using an attack to remove a tool when they could easily attach a float stone right after is also bad so no your supposed "counters" are not viable at all sorry.

Thats assuming a perfect world in which they did not get a garbodor out with a tool before you can get the greninja out yes it can happen but its still not a good plan to knock out a pokemon that doesnt attack if theres another more damaging pokemon on the board something that can happen pretty fast in the format. Also a tech that isnt viable is not worth mentioning really as it wont help him at all in most circumstances. The only counter to garbodor i see in the format of PC-STS is to use Tool Concealment Banette from Roaring skies. its ability makes it so that tools have no affect and at that point you could lysander up the garbodor and shadow stitching so that Garbotoxin is not in affect while tool concealment still is thus making it impossible for the garbodor to retreat that turn without Switch or escape rope. while this is not a perfect counter as Smart Gabodor players often keep a hex around for first turn ability lock its truely the only thing i can think of that competitvely speaking has worth.(O and you said rubbish and sense rubbish means trash and garbodor is trash its hard for me to tell what your talking about without giving the actual name)

Oops my bad (stupid autocorrect) and I don't really like the Banette Strategy in most games where I have faced Garb I can normally knock it out before it becomes garb
