I love the Jolteon one! But I say his attack should be that he throws 4 Power Anklets at Pokes.

Hey make a Staraptor one for me. The moves can be > Ridiculously awesome suicidal Jet plane air dive and...Jet remains> he flys high in the air and drops sharp edge poopy on the Poke. And Feath launcher> He pulls out his sharp feathers and dominates the Pokes eyes.
