Hello all, I'm looking to make a deck that is fun to play but not necessarily tier 1. At my local league my top tier decks tend to run through my opponent's deck. I'm looking to make a deck that is fun to play and that won't run through my opponents deck. I am open to all suggestions.

They just dont have the cards or the deck building knowledge to be compettive with my top tier decks. I want to make a deck that will even the playing field more so I am not winning every game.

I decided to make a vilaplume deck. I havent played it yet but I think it could have potential.

Charizard is to competitive the goal was to make a deck that will not easily beat the other people at my local shop.
If you're looking for something fun and cheap and not tier 1. I would play a variant of Miltank. I've seen him played with Empoleon, Shiftry, or Greninja and it seems to be pretty decent.
I currently run a miltank greninja deck but it sets up fairly quick and some of the players I play with cant keep up. But I suppose I could try to slow it down.
