Alt. Format Future: Arceus / Lugia EX

So I'm pretty interested in the upcoming Arceus XY-P from the legendary shine collection that's gonna be in the Hoopa EX or Pikachu EX boxes, I thought I'd try and build a deck around it.

Currently a bit of a WIP:

Strategy:

Arceus as a primary damage dealer, Lugia EX and Zoroark as backup fighters. Bench Bronzongs, use Impersonate on a Zoroark to bring Arceus to the bench, Metal Links to Arceus, use Smeargle's Recoat to change the metal energies to whatever (discarding them previously with Ultra Ball, Sycamore and Battle Compressor) to deal extra damage, then use Float Stone on Zoroark to bring Arceus back and deal damage.

Considerations:
Wally x2-4 (Bronzong/Zoroark straight away)
Parallel City (playing Red side reducing F/G/W attacks by 20 to me, reducing their bench to 3)
