Not sure about Ribombee since you can draw into the energy with ease. I would also run Bridgette in this deck since you need to get several basics out to use Diancie and ensure to have several Gardevoir GX out fast. Also note that Infinite Force counts the number of energy and not energy cards. Double Colorless Energy can act as a nice boost to enable Gardevoir GX to hit numbers faster. Personally I also like some rare candies in the deck to be more agressive.

I use Ribombee to use it's ability then use gardevoir's ability and attach the other for a guaranteed 2 energy per turn. This is BKP-on so No Bridgette, and I took out Candy just to help beat Garb even though I usually have the upper-hand + Diancie is much more consistent than Candy
